The Philadelphia Jr. Flyers are pleased to announce the organization’s Players of the Week for week ending October 6, 2019. Only players that are recommended by their respective teams are considered for the Players of the Week award.

Bantam Player of the Week – Trey Jefferis, Forward, Bantam Major

The ‘05’s went undefeated this past weekend beating Virtua Hockey 8 – 3 on Saturday and then the Washington Little Capitals on Sunday 4 – 2. A big contributor was forward Trey Jefferies. The Hummelstown, PA native had eight points (4 goals and 4 assists). He scored two goals in each game.

“Our team played very well this past weekend” stated head coach Tyler Hostetter. “But Trey really stood out. He scored two goals a game and played very hungry all weekend. I’m happy for him and the boys” concluded Hostetter.
