Jr. Flyers Girls Players Selected for USA Hockey Player Development Program

20+ Players Selected - Most In Atlantic District!

The Philadelphia Jr. Flyers Hockey Club is proud to announce that in our first year fielding Tier 1 girls teams, (20) players have been selected to the USA Hockey Player Development program.  The following current/former players will be members of the 2016 Atlantic District Player Development team:

1999’s
Katelyn Brightbill (17U team)

Kate Winstanley (17U team)

2000’s
Delaney Carle (16U team)
Madison Doucette (17U team)
Miki Rubin (17U team)
Taylor Stenz (16U team)

2001’s
Sage Biddle (16U team)
Nicole Fitzgerald (16U team)
Eva Hamel (17U team)
Annika Hanson (16U team)
Cara Jandzio (16U team)
Caroline Kelly (16U team)

In addition, the following 2002 birth year players have been selected to participate in the USA Hockey Eastern Regional Festival Camp:

Finally, Jr. Flyers Girls GM Paul Caron has placed an additional (4) of his current students in the USA Hockey Player Development program:

Hadley Hartmetz (2001, Shattuck St. Mary’s)
Kaitlyn O'Donohoe (2001, Choate Academy)

That’s a total of (24) players that the Jr. Flyers Girls program has placed in the USA Hockey Player Development Program – more than any other organization in the Atlantic District.  Congratulations to all our girls!
