The Philadelphia Jr. Flyers are pleased to announce the organization’s Players of the Week for week ending November 4, 2018. The Players of the Week is a weekly feature during the 2018-19 regular season that recognizes top performing players for the Peewee, Bantam and Midget levels. Only players that are recommended by their respective teams are considered for the Players of the Week award.

Bantam Player of the Week – Michael Cardarelli, Defenseman, Bantam Major

Cardarelli had four points (3 goals and 1 assist) as the ‘04’s went 1-0-1 this past weekend. The West Chester, PA native had an assist in the team’s tie against the New York Saints on Saturday while he scored a hat trick in Sunday’s 9 – 0 rout over the New Jersey Colonials. “Michael works very hard” stated head coach Roman Bussetti.  “While he is an excellent blueliner, I was glad to see him have success offensively this past weekend. I’m happy for him” concluded Bussetti.
