The Jr. Flyers Midget 15 National team has started the month of December on a six-game winning streak, which hasn’t been an easy task considering the team has had to play three games each weekend.

The first weekend of the month the Pure 15 team opened up with a 5 – 3 win over the New Jersey Colonials during a morning game on the first. Later in the afternoon, they defeated the 30th ranked Valley Forge Minutemen 3 – 1 in an action filled game. On December 2nd, they defeated the New Jersey Devils 4 – 3.

Last weekend, it was a home-and-home series against the Washington Little Capitals. The first two games – played at Ice Line – the Midget 15 National team won 4 – 1 and 6 – 4 respectively. The teams then traveled to the Kettler Capitals Iceplex where the Jr. Flyers won 5 – 1.

In six games the Midget 15 National team has scored 27 goals and have allowed only 13.

The team is currently in second place in AYHL league play possessing a 13-3-1 record for 27 points in 17 games.
