The Philadelphia Jr. Flyers Hockey Club and IceLine community congratulates Andrew Burns (Wrightsville, PA) for being selected to represent Team Pennsylvania in the 2023 Brick Invitational Hockey Tournament, July 3rd-9th at the West Edmonton Mall in Alberta, Canada. Andrew, a goaltender for the Jr. Flyers 2023 Atlantic Youth Hockey League's Regular Season Championship team (Squirt Major-'12 AAA), will return between the pipes for another season with the Jr. Flyers 2012 birth year team competing in the AYHL's 12U-Pee Wee Minor National Division.

Andrew is one of two goaltenders and sixteen team members selected by Team PA. Formed in 2013 and sponsored by the Pittsburgh Penguins, 2023's Team Pennsylvania consists of talented 2013 birth year players from the states of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, and Southern New Jersey; the 2023 roster also includes four import players from Ontario, Canada.
