Recent Girls 19U AA News
February 15-17, 2025 - The Jr Flyers 19U AA Orange team traveled to the Chicago area to play in the NGHL Blue Division 19U Championships. The team went 3-1 in weekend play and made their way to the semi finals where they defeated Team Wyoming 5-3. The Jr Flyers faced the Indiana Elite team in the 19U Championship game but came up short and secured the runner up silver medal spot. The girls continue their play this upcoming weekend when they head to the AGHF Championships!
The NGHL Pittsburgh Showcase took place over the weekend of October 12-14, 2024. With a 30% increase in teams participating this season, the event grew to include a third arena. This event has such diverse competition with teams from Alaska, California, New Mexico, Colorado, Missouri, Indiana, Michigan, Florida, Illinois, North Carolina, Ohio, and more local states like New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York joining in on the fun.
The 19UAA Jr Flyers Girls won all 6 of their games to become 19U Silver Division Champs! This is the Jr Flyers 19U AA Orange's second NGHL Championship after winning the NGHL Labor Day Challenge this past September!
