This Saturday, November 16 at Ice Line ten Jr. Flyers Girls teams will be wearing pink jerseys for breast cancer awareness. This is the first time this has been done and the organization is now looking to make this an annual event.

 The jerseys’ proceeds were donated to Unite for Her, a Women’s Health Organization.

The teams participating are: 16U T1, 14U T1, 19U AAT2, 16U AA Black (Elite), 16U AA White (T2), 14U AA White T2, 14U A T2, 12U AA T2, 12U A T2 and 10U A T2.

Opposing teams will be participating in their own respective way.

The Jr. Flyers’ girls 14U AA Black (T2) team also will be wearing the jerseys this weekend during their tournament in Lake Placid, NY.
