Congratulations to 2006-forward, Ava Thomas, on her selection to the USA Under-18 Select team.

Team USA heads to Calgary for a 3-game series vs. Canada August 17-20. That series will serve as a precursor to the IIHF U18 Women’s World Championships, which will be played January 8-15 in Sweden.

Ava showed a TON of grit and perseverance in earning a spot onto the U18 national team. First advancing through 16/17 camp to earn a spot at U18 Select camp. From there, she advanced to the USA Hockey Women’s Festival, before finally earning a spot on the U18 roster.
